Paddy has 19 years' experience in the industry, at both media and creative agencies. He has worked at WCRS, Carat and Naked Inside (the joint venture between Naked and CHI set up to put media-neutral thinking at the heart of the creative process). He is on his second spell at Manning Gottlieb OMD, where he is approaching his tenth anniversary, having been responsible for the agency's strategic output since 2012. In that time he has worked on a wide range of iconic brands in multiple sectors and has authored numerous award-winning campaigns.
