To stay ahead of the competition, Lloyds Bank needed change the way it advertised. Less about selling services, more about demonstrating the benefits of people talking about money (still a taboo subject for many). Our solution was a hugely successful primetime show called Save Well, Spend Better, supported by a chat service with Relate counsellors, with viewers 90% more likely to have talked about money with family or friends.
