In November 2019, Tesco launched its subscription service, Clubcard Plus, designed to give customers the very best value from shopping with Tesco. The accompanying campaign, built on the idea of “Value You Can’t Stop Talking About”, culminated with a Metro partnership that embodied the campaign platform: a takeover consisting of 15 ads, ten of which were written in real time to interact with the paper’s editorial, meaning one Friday edition of Metro literally Couldn’t Stop Talking About Clubcard Plus.
