Big Zuu's Big Eats was commissioned to bring a younger viewer into Dave. To launch it we took inspiration from the rise of grime and built the show from the ground up. Starting with Big Zuu's own socials it took in Stormzy, Grime Gran and Munchies and finished with Big Zuu on the mainstream sofa of Sunday Brunch. Boy was it successful, smashing viewing targets and social benchmarks, and earning Big Zuu a Christmas special and a second season.
