After 18 months of fear and uncertainty and Government campaigns telling people to stay at home, we were tasked with getting people back on trains in 2021. We developed a socially led plan that placed human connection and visiting loves ones in need at the centre of the UK’s fast growing social platform – TIK TOK. Despite overwhelming caution from the UK public our insight led and heart-warming content from TIK TOK creators helped us get back on track.
