In 2023, National Express needed to build brand love amongst their loyal student community to combat the increasingly competitive price offers.

We discovered that after COVID, students felt more disconnected and anxious about striking up a conversation than ever, but wanted to feel closer to their student community, so we partnered with LadBible to show students how easy it is to get chatting on the National Express and make friends.

The campaign was a complete success, improving brand perception as well as pulling in a huge amount of revenue for National Express.
