Ailsa has over 23 years of media experience and is the Managing Director at Havas Media UK. Her expertise lies in mobilising high performing teams, and she is responsible for the overall delivery to our clients. She also sits on the IPA Client Relationship group which helps to ensure client leadership is front and centre to future-proof talent pools. Ailsa's contribution to the industry has been recognised through achievements such as Mentor of the Year award 2024 and Campaign 40 over 40 in 2025.
