Christian Gladwell

Christian brings more than two decades of leadership experience across media, advertising, performance marketing, gaming and global brand strategy. He was previously Global CEO of M&C Saatchi Performance, President at Machine Zone, and Global Client President at Dentsu, where he led the agency's global relationship with Procter & Gamble. He also co-founded Human Digital, one of Europe's first social media agencies, later acquired by M&C Saatchi. His career highlights include building M&C Saatchi Performance into a multi-award-winning global business, helping lead the acquisition of Machine Zone by AppLovin. He also spearheaded high-profile digital and brand initiatives such as Gillette's direct-to-consumer subscription service "On Demand" and the London 2012 Olympic Games digital strategy, "Get Ahead of the Games," which won a Gold IPA Effectiveness Award. In addition to his agency and technology leadership roles, Gladwell has served as Chief Commercial Officer at Norton Motorcycles, leading global go-to-market and retail strategy for the iconic British brand, and served as strategic advisor to Accrete Capital prior to joining Sabio, supporting growth and market entry strategies across AI and direct-to-consumer businesses. Having led organisations across both the US and Europe, he brings a strong transatlantic perspective on scaling partnerships, platforms and brands in competitive global markets.
