Dom Williams joined Mail Metro Media in 2017 as Chief Investment Officer, bringing with him 21 years of invaluable advertising agency experience. In 2003, he created Carat's direct advertising arm before rising to Chief Trading Officer at Dentsu. In 2021, Dom was appointed Chief Revenue Officer at Mail Metro Media, and now leads all commercial functions across the company's far-reaching portfolio of world-leading, cross-platform newsbrands. His work supports dmg media's ambitions to become the world's top news and entertainment publisher. Recognised for his outstanding contributions to the industry, Dom topped Campaign's list of Top Commercial Chiefs in 2024, led Mail Metro Media to win Commercial Team of the Year at the Campaign Media Awards the same year, and was named Media Owner Leader of the Year at Campaign's Media Week Awards 2025. Outside of work, he's a former rugby player and a passionate rugby, football, and padel fan. In September 2025, Dom launched PADELFEST, UK media's first charity padel tournament, raising £42,000 in support of British Heart Foundation.
