Emily Fairhead-Keen
Group Head of Strategy , Havas
Emily's most recent position is Group Head of Strategy for Havas Media Network. She has over twenty years of industry experience, spanning a range of industries and clients across the UK and Australian markets including a specialism for FMCG, insurance, entertainment and UK Government. Her work has notably included launching Every Mind Matters, DHSC's pioneering programme to support people's mental health, Better Health, to support general health of the nation and the continued reinvention of Stoptober, driving to reduce smoking rates across the UK. She won the prestigious IPA Chairman's Prize for Outstanding Body of Work for the IPA Diploma, and her thinking was published in both Campaign and in the book; What is a 21st Century Brand? New thinking from the next generation of agency leaders, edited by Nick Kendall and published by Kogan Page. She was awarded the distinguished Grand Prix Atticus Award for published original thinking, open globally to all 180,000 WPP employees.This is the first time an individual from a media agency had won the Grand Prix award. She founded Women at Wavemaker, an entity which operates to empower and support women in their quest to become leaders within the industry and founded and lead the Inclusive Planning initiative at Wavemaker, Wavemaker Together, promoting better diverse and inclusive work in the industry. Shortlisted for the I List, Women of Tomorrow Awards and more recently winner of Campaign's 40 over 40 awards, she comes with a tireless energy and passion for the industry, her clients and the initiatives which will propel the industry into the future.
