As anyone who experienced the ups and downs of homeschooling during lockdown will tell you (it was a lot!), it's never been more important to inspire the next generation to consider teaching as a career. The Guardian Labs and 4Studio partnered with the Department for Education to tell the stories of 100 diverse teachers across the country taking fresh and exciting approaches to their teaching, proving just how rewarding the profession can be. And with 80% of people who saw the campaign going on to research how to get into teaching, we achieved exactly what we set out to do.
