Until now, property search and automotive purchase journeys operated in silos, creating friction that slowed consumer confidence in switching to electric. EV Ready Homes bridged that gap by integrating real world EV charging data directly into Zoopla’s property search experience. For the first time, home seekers could identify and prioritise homes based on charging accessibility, enabling decisions aligned with future mobility needs. The partnership demonstrated how brands can add value by solving real consumer problems, establishing a blueprint for how automotive and property brands can collaborate to accelerate sustainable behaviour change and support the UK’s transition to electric mobility.
