Women’s football is on the rise. With record-breaking live match attendance and significant growth in fan bases. But, barriers are holding back progress. Lack of media coverage and a lack of access to women in football.

We formed Pixel FC in association with the FA - a collective of content creators & presenters dedicated to growing visibility of women’s football. As the official mobile phone partner of the Lionesses, Google Pixel made the Women’s World Cup unmissable by reaching millions of England fans where they spent time and were already searching for content - their social media feeds. Our 5 founding members of Pixel FC were flown out to Australia for 5 weeks to create daily, scroll-killing social content for Gen Z, following the journey of the Lionesses.

Partnering with football powerhouse GOAL, we produced 68 social-first films that were filmed, edited and promoted across GOAL, Indivisa & Pixel FC’s social accounts over 35 days. All filmed on Pixel devices - we ditched the stuffy studios and polished content and captured all the raw emotions from the tournament Down Under - bringing fans back home closer to all the action.
