Genevieve began her media career in 2004 at John Ayling & Associates, one of the UK's pioneering independent media agencies. A dedicated advocate for independently minded agencies, she took a board position at The Kite Factory (formerly MC&C) in 2015 and later joined the partner board at Goodstuff in 2019. Genevieve has impressive full funnel media expertise and a specific expertise in scale-ups, having worked with high-growth clients such as Harry's, Bloom & Wild, and Tails.com. In 2023, Genevieve became Chief Client Experience Officer, bringing together planning and buying into a single Client Experience department with cross-discipline objectives, KPIs and more efficient working practices. In 2024, Genevieve was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. With client servicing and Goodstuff's values at her core, she continues to focus on key client partnerships, whilst managing the almost 150-strong team at the agency. Her remit also includes driving global expansion, tech integration and creating new commercial initiatives.
