I am dedicated to transforming workplace cultures into transformative spaces where employees move beyond surviving to truly thriving. Whether I am leading teams at Global, driving industry change through partnerships with Bloom, co-founding Join Our Table (J.O.T) to amplify the visibility of Black British women, or coaching the next generation, I am a woman on a mission to make an impact in every space I am in.
