As CEO of Brave Bison Performance & Commerce, I lead a team of more than 200 media, organic, and commerce specialists, driving growth and innovation for clients across the globe. With over two decades of experience, my career has been defined by transformation, commercial excellence, and people first leadership. Beyond delivering high performing work, I see myself as an agent of change - both within Brave Bison and across the industry. I proudly serve as the Executive Board Sponsor for our Diversity & Inclusion Group and am recognised for my commitment to mentoring and championing inclusive leadership. As a visible Black, gay, female leader, I use my platform to inspire others and help shift representation at senior levels.
