Kathryn is Head of Audience Intelligence at Wavemaker, a WPP media brand. With over 20 years in media research, she has delivered insight-driven solutions to diverse client challenges across sectors including finance, travel, retail and the public sector. She has led major research and thought leadership initiatives covering topics such as customer service, ageism in the industry, the impact of voice technology, post pandemic behaviour change, early adulthood and employee engagement. Kathryn delivered the keynote at the inaugural IPA insight summit and has won the IPA Lynne Robinson Award for Best Conference paper at the MRG conference.
