Katie is SVP, UK & International Ad Sales at Paramount - leading advertising strategy across linear and streaming. Joining in September 2025 after 13 years at WBD where she delivered significant revenue growth, built a high performing in-house sales team and played a central role in major integrations including WarnerMedia and BT Sport. Recognised as a leading voice in ad-funded streaming, Katie is a regular industry speaker and was ranked #25 in VOD Professionals' Top 50 list. She began her career agency-side at Carat, working across major brands including Disney, General Motors and Santander.
