Nadine Young

Nadine was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Spark Foundry in June 2025. Prior to this, she was CEO of Starcom for five years, where she led integrated teams, built and inspired winning cultures, and drove innovative agendas for clients at the highest level. Under her leadership, Starcom won Media Week's Agency of the Year 2023, was named a Campaign Best Place to Work five years in a row, and featured on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list. Nadine was named number one in Campaign's Top Ten Media Suits list 2023 and 2024 and Media Leader's Media Agency Leader of the Year 2023. She is known for building high performance teams, and driven by the chance to shape people’s careers - she loves mentoring, whether in formal settings or one-to-one. Before joining Publicis, Nadine spent nine years in New York, initially at Mindshare and then as CSO at Vizeum.
