Rachel Forde

Rachel Forde ‚Co-Founder, TheZoo.London Rachel Forde is the Co-Founder of TheZoo.London, the leading senior Consultant Collective in the industry, and now with Executive Search. With over 25 years' experience in advertising, she has held major leadership roles across the UK. Rachel served as CEO of UM UK&I from 2018, and previously led the rebrand of Mediavest to Spark Foundry as CEO in 2017. Much of her career has been spent shaping teams and driving growth for top global clients including American Express, Dyson, Johnson & Johnson, Just Eat, Honda, Mattel, Spotify and Universal Pictures. She is recognised for uniting agencies to build innovative, client-centric models‚ most notably P&G United within Starcom Mediavest Group. A long-standing WACL member and former Chair of the Future Leaders Award committee, Rachel champions diversity and emerging female talent. Outside work, she enjoys exploring Richmond Park with her family and seeking out new adventures around the world.
