She is an experienced leader with over 20 years' experience in the industry across both independent and network agencies. She is responsible for leading the agency to drive growth for our clients, from established advertisers to digital-first start up businesses. Satin is a committed driver of change, especially in the area of representation, supporting several initiatives for both ethnic and gender diversity. She is also a member of WACL and MEFA, driving this agenda in the wider industry.
