Simon has worked across numerous agencies over the past 20+ years having started his career at Universal McCann as a planner on Sky and launching the Xbox. He helped Starcom establish their retail team, and worked at Vizeum running the Twentieth Century Fox account before moving to M2M to lead the strategy on Momentum Pictures and Paddy Power, delivering over 20 shortlisted awards and winning Mediaweek Gold three years in a row. At Hearts he leads the strategy and connections planning teams - a bunch of curious, creative and provocative people; the best in the industry at combining heart and science to create growth for clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, Ocado and The National Lottery. He's MIPA Accredited and completed the Excellence Diploma 10 years ago.
