Suzy Ryder is CEO of OMD UK, following nearly nine years in agency leadership, including as Chief Digital Officer driving digital transformation. As CEO, Suzy has led OMD UK to win four new clients, achieve an 11% increase in billings, and launch an Advanced Solutions division, boosting non-core revenue by 10%. Under her leadership, client advocacy reached an all-time high, with over £330m in contract extensions and top Media Week Awards shortlists. Suzy introduced an Early Talent program and, as executive sponsor for OMG Minds, has significantly raised inclusion scores. Suzy is a member of the NSPCC's Child Safety Online Taskforce, supporting the NSPCC with their strategic impact goal of ensuring every child is safe online.
