Online estate agent Strike had a bold ambition to move from virtual unknown to a top market in in under 12 months. With a revolutionary proposition – to sell your home for free – but without a quick scale budget we had to think differently to raise awareness, drive consideration and increase listings on a very modest budget. By applying behavioural economic principles and a scale-up mindset to media, we created an ‘Unmissable’ addressable plan that delivered excess share of voice and tailored creative one region at a time, to take Strike from 9th to 2nd position in the category.
