This is the story of how a company CEO’s vision to change private healthcare for the better ended up with the conception of a completely new brand. And all of it led by a media agency that doesn’t know where its boundaries are. In a category in desperate need of disruption where most brands swim in a sea of bluey-green sameness offering ‘care, quality and trust’, we could have just bought a better media plan to stand out. Instead, we conceived, created and launched an entirely new brand we named Wellsoon which has already more than paid back to the business in just 10 weeks after launch.
