As UK savers turned away from traditional bank advisors on the high street, and towards feeds, forums and AI, NatWest faced an existential challenge. Our breakthrough came from treating creativity not as execution, but as engineering. We transformed 10,000 real voices into structured datasets, machine‑readable assets and AI‑friendly conversation prompts - rebuilding NatWest’s discoverability through creative data design.

A “craft + data” squad reinvented how a bank shows up: Reddit megathreads, seeded forum conversations, trusted‑voice collaborations and content built specifically for ingestion by large‑language models. The result: 508% growth in AI‑visible answers, 73% non‑branded discovery growth and 168% YoY growth in new savings accounts opened new savers. NatWest didn’t follow the conversation. It creatively rewired it.
