With machine‑generated savings answers surging 300%, and over 1.7 million savings queries typed into Google each year in the UK - NatWest was vanishing from the moments that shape financial decisions. Our data exposed the gap: people were talking about money online, but banks weren’t part of the conversations training the machines they trust.

NatWest rebuilt discoverability by turning 10,000 real voices into machine‑readable content, AI‑friendly assets and community‑driven conversations about money management. The result: 508% growth in AI‑visible answers, 73% non‑branded discovery growth and 168% YoY growth in new savings accounts opened. NatWest didn’t join the conversation. It became the answer.
